1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using ChronoEngine's lead generation services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

2. Service Description

ChronoEngine provides lead generation services through various advertising channels including but not limited to:

• Social media advertising (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter)
• Search engine marketing (Google Ads, Bing)
• Display advertising
• Email marketing campaigns
• Content marketing
• Influencer partnerships

We deliver qualified leads based on agreed-upon criteria and charge per qualified lead delivered.

3. Pricing and Payment

Our pricing structure is as follows:

• Search Engine Leads: $40 per qualified lead
• Social Media Leads: $50 per qualified lead
• Premium Multi-Channel Leads: $60 per qualified lead

Payment is due within 30 days of invoice date. Late payments may incur additional fees. All prices are in USD and exclude applicable taxes.

4. Lead Quality Standards

A "qualified lead" is defined as a prospect who:

• Meets the agreed-upon demographic and psychographic criteria
• Has expressed genuine interest in your product or service
• Has provided accurate and verifiable contact information
• Has not been previously delivered to your organization

We guarantee lead quality and will replace any lead that does not meet these criteria at no additional cost.

5. Client Responsibilities

As a client, you agree to:

• Provide accurate information about your target audience and business requirements
• Respond to leads in a timely and professional manner
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations in your use of provided leads
• Not resell or redistribute leads to third parties without written consent
• Provide feedback on lead quality to help optimize campaigns

6. Data Protection and Privacy

We are committed to protecting the privacy and security of all data. All lead generation activities comply with applicable data protection laws including GDPR, CCPA, and CAN-SPAM Act. For detailed information about our data practices, please refer to our Privacy Policy.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, and intellectual property on this website and in our services remain the property of ChronoEngine. Clients may not use our proprietary methods, technologies, or processes for their own lead generation efforts without written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

ChronoEngine's liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific leads in question. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our maximum liability shall not exceed the total amount paid by the client in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Service Availability

While we strive to provide continuous service, we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue services with reasonable notice. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance when possible.

10. Termination

Either party may terminate the service agreement with 30 days written notice. Upon termination, all outstanding invoices become immediately due. Clients will receive any leads generated up to the termination date.

11. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these terms or our services shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association. The arbitration shall take place in Midland, Texas.

12. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
